Innovative Wellness Consulting (IWC) supports communities and organizations to develop and administer wellness programs, educational curricula, and community engagement via workshops and events. IWC facilitators are well-versed in parenting education, mental health, wellness, routine building, maternal health, family dynamics, early childhood development, and racial trauma. We support wellness outreach that is inclusive and incorporates the mind-body-spirit connection.

IWC understands that families of color families face significant barriers in accessing equitable resources and face systemic barriers that may inhibit their ability to successfully navigate public systems and that includes places of employment in the music industry. The most common barriers are affordability, access, supply, and quality of care. In each of these areas, racial, ethnic, and linguistic minority families may face more complex and acute obstacles. These include cultural and linguistic barriers and those that result from persistent, deeply rooted racial bias.
